On October 23 and 24, the GinIstra Festival takes over Rovinj’s Old Tobacco Factory for two days dedicated to gin, cocktails, tastings and live music. Celebrating its fifth edition in 2026, the festival brings together producers, distillers, bartenders and gin lovers from Croatia and abroad. Visitors can discover different labels and flavours, meet the people behind the bottles and take part in workshops, panels, talks and masterclasses. And once the tastings wind down, the music takes over.
Friday, October 23
Festival doors open at 3:00 PM, followed by the official opening, GinIstra Awards, panels and talks.

The festival opens at 3:00 PM, with workshops, panels and talks continuing throughout the afternoon.

Tickets include access to the festival, tastings, talks and masterclasses, as well as the evening concerts. Two days of gin, plenty to taste and two very different nights of music — not a bad reason for an October trip to Rovinj.
